New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local Navajo building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
Designer shingles like GAF Camelot and Owens Corning Berkshire mimic slate and cedar shake. Higher cost than standard architectural, but the look is incredible. We install all designer profiles in Navajo.
Flat Roofing
Modified bitumen is our go-to for residential flat roofs in Navajo. Two-ply torch-applied system with a granulated cap sheet. It handles foot traffic, thermal cycling, and New Mexico UV better than single-ply at the residential scale.
Commercial Roofing

Gutter Installation
We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Navajo homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.

Roof inspections after a storm are free. Always. We document hail hits, wind damage, and any pre-existing issues so your insurance claim is accurate and complete.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
